After much hassle and false hopes, I finally own my Prius Well – the bank owns it, but as long as I keep sending them money they’ll let me keep it

I don’t know why, but I had the premonition that my car was going to show up with the wrong colour interior. Because of this, I double checked when I was talking to the dealer before to ensure that it was going to be the black exterior, grey interior, BC package car.
So what shows up? [...]

Got the call on Saturday, my car is here. They had to clean it/wax it/inspect it and all of that kind of fun stuff, so I don’t have it just yet. I go Monday at noon to pick it up!!

Just got a call from my dealer – the car shipped out today, I should have it within a week!

Current ship date for my Prius – April 29th. The dealer is trying to push that up a bit by swapping inventory with another dealer for the colour I want.
This damn car is addictive. I’ve only test driven it, but I’m already hooked… I’m going rather crazy waiting for it

Well, I did it… The down payment is made and the car is on order. I have been told that I should have it by mid-april… not too bad, considering many states still have a 6-8 month wait for a new order.

A Prius….
I know what colour I want (black with grey interior). I know what package I want (#6). I know I can get it soon (a week to a month), and I know how much it will cost (too damn much).
The credit union approved my loan. Now all that’s left is the yay/nay decision… hrmm….

So, my brother’s truck has been declared deceased. He’s been borrowing my car the last month or so while they tried to repair it – to no avail. I have been okay without a car, walking to work and calling my brother up when I needed a lift, but it gets annoying after a while. [...]
