Kernel 0.8.3 Available in ROM Manager

This is another very minor update that removes the 125MHz slot from all kernels except for stock and adjusts the other slots accordingly. Enjoy!

Change Log (0.8.3):

  • By popular demand: Removed 125MHz option from all clock settings except stock and added additional clock settings to compensate

    Question on your Kernel.

I was experiencing problems with my ringtones that are stored on my sdcard. I was using P3DROID low voltage kernel OC to 1200.

I just updated my DROID to your 7 slot 1.2GHz max – 250/400/550/800/1000/1100/1200 increased voltage. Should that correct the problem? I also noticed that prior to updating the Kernel, if I used Astro file manager or any thing that directly access the sdcard, the ringtones would work.

    Thoughts

The kernel would have nothing to do with the ringtones. Have you tried updated to the latest release of CyanogenMod?
